The Markham Team was born from the neighborhoods where we learned how to work hard, look out for people, and build something that lasts. Seneca, Inglewood, Markham Elementary — that whole pocket of Pittsburgh shaped who we are and how we lead. We were forged on the playground, not the boardroom, and the fist-bump that’s become our symbol isn’t branding fluff. It’s the way we grew up treating people. Show up. Do what you said you’d do.
